Yukobo wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns of unused products within 30 days of the purchase date.

To initiate a return, please email us at yukoboutique@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it is unused and in its original condition, we will issue a refund in the form of cash, exchange, or store credit, depending on your preference.
